The Honeywell VR8540A4053 is a multifunction combination gas control valve featuring direct spark ignition (DSI)and a 24 V magnetic control system compatible with both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power. Designed for reliable and precise gas pressure regulation, it offers a dual-stage regulator with a non-adjustable first stage pressure of 1.6″ WC and an adjustable second stage pressure range of 3–5″ WC (nominal 3.7″ WC). The valve has 3/4″ NPT inlet and outlet connections, includes an outlet screen, and is rated for an operating temperature range from -40°F to +175°F, making it suitable for residential and commercial gas burner, heating, and HVAC applications.
